Following your sage counsel has paid off, as usual. I’ve got all Athens excited about moving to Mars! Would you or any Spartans like to come?
Spartans are not so adventurous as Athenians, to try their fortune in distant lands. I wish you luck, but you’re on your own.
I’m not too proud to beg. A planet of Athenians alone would be ungovernable. I need ballast as well as sails. Who should I bring along, if not Spartans?
Hoping for answers,
You don’t have much room on your space triremes, I imagine. Take the heaviest ballast, real guaranteers of stability: the people of Sīnae.
Sadly the relationship between Sīnae and Hellas precludes cooperation. Yet there is a city in Sīnae, an ancient friend of Hellas, that just might be interested in migrating with us. I will reach out. Yet again, I am in your debt.
